Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard shipping options, and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
- Delivery estimates will be provided to you during checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
- Valuxe Decor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save photographs and unboxing video of all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Packages:
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team promptly. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
