Return & Refund policy
We offer refund within first 2 days from the date of your delivery confirmation by the courier. After 2 days have passed since the confirmation of delivery, you will not be offered return, exchange or refund of any kind.
In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange,
(i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The returned product must reach us back at Valuxe Decor within 21 days from the date of purchase.
(ii) the item must have original packaging. Unboxing video must accompany all refund request.
(iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item will not be eligible for a return.
(iv) Further, only such items are replaced by us, if such items are found defective or damaged.
(v) The refunded amount, after deduction of forward shipping charges, will be credited back to the customer, within 7 days of receipt of the return parcel by Valuxe Decor. The mode of payment of the refunded amount shall be Google Pay or Netbanking only, irrespective of the mode of payment at the time of purchase.
(vi) Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, there will be no refund issued.
(vii) We do not accept ‘difference of colour shade’ as a factor for returning the product, as we acknowledge and understand that the resolution and colour rendition varies from camera to camera. Photographs taken by us give the closest representation of the product displayed on our website.
(viii) The final and binding decision for the product's eligibility for refund, on a case-to-case basis, lies with Valuxe Decor only.

Order Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellation only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Please reach us by WhatsApp to understand the status of dispatch of your order.
